I have been planting all week long and not staying cool at all. The veggies are 75% planted and everything is looking good. No rain and it was almost 90 two days ago!

Hey, stop by my blog...the last 2 days I've posted a true story about the first of my family to come to the west coast in the 1850's written by one of the family members.
The weather here has been bizarre at best. One nice thing is that it's cooling off at night - to mid-40s. Rained most of the weekend - very strange. Sorry it's hot there. How are you staying cool?

It's too freaking hot. I am hibernating in A/C. How are you doing?
I've been playing in the lawn sprinklers :-) then back inside for iced tea and ice cream!

It was in the upper 80's here in Western New York. All I can say is Thank God for A/C! :-)

it was 94 degrees here yesterday
not a record but close....we are typically in the high 70's low 80's...so it was pretty hot for us.
thank God it is cool in the mornings and evenings..and we have no humdidity!
