Dancing does have a huge upside. Shakin' the old booty can make one feel young !
I can't dance, except with my kids (and then it's ok if you look the fool). I'd much rather be playing the music other people are dancing to.

Ok, I just saw your video for Tuesday, although I missed the trip, here goes.
Theory. Don't drink Mountain Dew and eat Candy corn while watching Alfred Hitchcock's Birds before bedtime.
Analysis. It took too long to download but has a catching beat and makes a good addition to HDF.
