Easy As A Sunday Morning

Sunday mornings are the best. I love how they feel. Everything is so quiet. I get to take my time, get the coffee going, go for a long walk, get the paper, do the crossword, read some blogs, make breakfast, take a leisurely shower, get dressed, go out, do whatever.

I noticed that the people that are "out" on Sundays are different than the ones that are "out" on Saturdays. Have you noticed this too? The Saturday people are rushed and rude but the Sunday people are easy going and sometimes even say Hi and smile. "Easy as a Sunday morning". That's why I prefer doing what I have to do on Sundays. It's easier!
What's your favorite day?

Hey, I want to thank CEO, Mike M, and Patti for their awards. I have every intention of putting them up here and passing them along. I just haven't gotten my act together to get all that together yet. But I assure you it will happen this week. I love you guys.

Peace/peace (one for yesterday, I forgot) must have been because it was Saturday and I was in a rush. ;-)

I love Sunday mornings too. I get up early (for a Sunday I guess) and read opbs (other peoples' blogs) and pray that I got a comment or two!!

I also pray when we go to church for our 10 a.m. service. I feel more grounded now since we started going there in January '01.

The Sunday Morning thing is true. I love to do my grocery shopping on Sunday mornings for that very reason. In fact, I'm making my list now. Hope you have a great week, Odat!

Can't I be both a Saturday and a Sunday person? Please, pretty please?

Sunday afternoon here (well early evening in fact). The Miami Dolpins are playing the New York Giants on the telly (about 20 miles away at Wembley in fact), it's raining outside and I am feeling very chilled. Faz is snoring on the sofa.

Both days are great because I'm not at work! Both days are less crowded with jerks if you get up early! Early people are willing to give up sleeping in, so they can enjoy doing the little weekend chores in relative peace....

I love Sundays. There's a kind of quiet peace to them. I also love your remodeled peace glob. Snot nosed dog is so very cute.

Sunday mornings are great! Sunday afternoons are not because the idea that I have to be at work creeps into my head and makes me monkey crazy!

Sundaynight television is definitely 100 times better than the fatuous **** they put on Saturday nights!!
To me that spells out the difference between Saturday and Sunday better than anything else

Yep there is a definite difference
I gess that's where the term "sunday driver" Came from.

See, I'm a weekend relaxing kind of gal who hasn't relaxed in any weekend for the last, um, many many weekends. So, I think I am currently a Saturday person out on a Sunday. Sorry. Peace!

Wow your Sunday sounds wonderful. I pray someday I am able to have such a Sunday. But Brae is up and running around at the crack of dawn and there are errands to be done. At least it's a new day, nothing wrong with that!

I'm more of a Sunday afternoon person, myself, but I know what you mean.
