Paris,(the city, not Hilton) or Presley?

Survey Time:

Would you rather visit Paris or Graceland and why?

Are those the only choices? If so, then Paris, because I'm a European type of girl.

;-)

(And Elvis sucks)

That's like asking me if I'd rather go shoe shopping or to the dentist.

Well,
I have a feeling you know what my answer will be and something tells me I'll be in the minority by a long, long stretch!

Definitely Graceland for me! Why? Because I'm unsophisticated, love the dude's music and I am currently in need of some tacky decorating ideas. HGTV is way too fnacy for me...Jungle Room, here I come!

Dang.... What a choice. If I went to France, I hear they got some fancy "booteeks" there. I would end up with some lacy "boost tee yay" strapped to my head flying around and would probably be arrested and stuck in the French foreign legion.

At Graceland, they would probably throw my fat ass out the front door. I would just have to walk around doing the Elvis groin grind singing "I'm a hunka hunka burning love".

Either way I would be in trouble.
:)

I think I will stick with the home life.

Later Yall.....

Paris. Definitely Paris. Graceland is so commercialized now that it doesn't even smell of Elvis.

I love Elvis but the one time in my life I got to go to France I missed spendng time in Paris - it was way back in high school when I was a foreign exchange student. I am torn. I think I am within driving distance to Graceland now that I live in Georgia so if it was an all inclusive expense paid trip to Paris - I choose Paris.

Are you kidding? PARIS. I lived in Nashville for 7 years and never went to Graceland, although I like Elvis. I still miss Paris and I haven't been there for more than half my lifetime.

I would like to visit the blues clubs on Beale Street in Memphis, though. And I should have gone to Graceland as an anthropological field study.

WOW... oh WOW...

This is so difficult...

Paris... la vie en rose!
Elvis...love me tender!

I have to say Paris... only because it's Europe... only because of the French accents... only because... Je parle en peu de francais! I need all the practice I can get!

PARIS.

Because I lived in Memphis from birth until last month (that's nearly 33 years) and I've never been to Paris.
