Qtips and Snoots

My lil "Snot" dog is all of sudden wondering why his mother (that'd be me) is taken to cleaning his ears on a daily basis, sometimes twice day, along with Q-Tipping the lil folds around his "non" snout. I'll tell you why! I'm trying to make use of all that "stuff" I've purchased and need a spare room for from Costco! (one of those warehouse discount type stores). I must have a half a million QTips alone, not to mention the toilet paper and paper towels. I mean what goes thru my head when I pick these things up. Oh I better make sure I have enought QTips, you never know when a house full of Qtip hungry company may show up and need them to do god-knows-what with? Why do I stop there for one item and wind up spending a couple of hundred dollars? Could it be it's got a curse of some kind? Hmm? The "pick up that item and buy it even if you don't really need it" curse? I wonder! I think more research needs to go into this. I mean I, for one, would really like to know. What do you think?

I think the dog will look so cute paper mached. (He he he ).

I have a Costco and Sam's Club membership. We had to rent 3 storage units after we shopped at both over the course of one weekend!! Dangit, I forgot Qtips the last time I was there. Thanks for the reminder!!

I think you do it because you CAN. When we had a big house, I shopped for everything in bulk on your theory - better safe than sorry.

Then we moved to an apartment here, with no room for all that stuff we think we need "for an emergency." I'm challenged to find a holding tank for even minimal supplies.

Would you believe San Francisco has Not One Walmart? None. Zero. Zilch. It's not right, I tell you. It's just not right.

I don't have a Costco nearby, but I do have a Sam's Club. Those huge (and quite unnecessary) packages of candy are what catch my eye.

Too bad I can't convince my mom to buy them for me.

The Q-Tips website has lots of handy uses for Q-Tips. Yes, I admit that I have checked it out. But I had a good reason.

it is an addiction. bargin shopping, you go in for a bottle of milk and before you know it you are dragging five bags of shopping home. You finally make it back, unpack everything and realise you forgot the milk.
